A nice little 85 BMP piece with guitar, piano, bass, and flute. Kind of jazzy and slightly blues-y with a more rocking beat. The bass in this piece is actually a sample from an 18th century double bass. Most latin players aren't likely to be on one of these... but it was the only one I had at the time.

Isn't it amazing how compelling an old synthesizer can be when it is being run by an arpeggiator? There are so many subtle patterns that present. Before arpeggiators, we had to find patterns in our music by using corkboards, newspaper clippings, pushpins, coloured yarn, and 8x10 black and white glossy photos. The percussion does change during this piece, but it won't get in the way of your energetic interview.

Technically speaking, I think this one is in 6/8 time... in which case, the tempo it 75. If it was notated in 3/4 time, the tempo would be 225 bpm. Light, positive and easy to listen to!
